Shipping & Delivery Information

Because we ship from over 50 locations across the country, it makes it possible for us to give great shipping rates. At other sites, be prepared to pay $750 or more for shipping in addition to the materials cost. All deliveries are residential curbside for your arranged offload.

If your product is not in stock, we can either: wait until the product is in stock and then ship for no extra cost, charge an additional fee to cover the extra shipping expense, or locate a similar product to fulfill your request at no extra shipping cost (however, we will only source a similar product with your explicit request).

We work with a variety a freight carriers to provide you with the lowest possible shipping costs.

Below are some issues that you should be aware about regarding your shipping. These most of these issues are industry-wide and will be encountered anywhere a flooring delivery is required.

  • We utilize various shipping companies to get discounted freight rates for each delivery. We do this as a courtesy to you and get no profit from this service.
  • It is often times better if we deliver to a local trucking company terminal near our customers with a dock and forklift equipment. Each carton or bundle of flooring weighs between 40 - 65 pounds. Unless a forklift is on the job, curbside delivery (street level only) is more expensive and provides for NO assisted offload. It is the responsibility of the customer to offload the truck within 30 minutes or the carrier charges by the hour for additional off-load time.
  • You will be given the choice of which company best fits your needs.
  • Pick up dates are not guaranteed. Transit times are not guaranteed unless specifically designated.  Some warehouses require 24 hour notice on all orders which can possibly add another day before delivery.
  • Once you finalize your delivery with the freight company, you will be able to track your delivery through them. Any questions concerning your delivery should be directed to the freight company.

Once you have determined the amount and cost of the wood and trim you will need, customer service will process your order and contact the freight company to help you finalize your shipping. Wood can not be released from the warehouse until we receive confirmation of receipt of payment. At that time, your delivery will be finalized and the shipping can begin.
